Estes Park Workforce Rental Assistance Pilot Program

If you work for a local business in the Estes Park R3 school district and are struggling with housing costs, you might be eligible for the Workforce Housing program. EPHA is dedicated to providing affordable rental options by keeping rent below 35% of your annual income.

Program Benefits:

• Monthly rental subsidy
• One-time grant for security deposit and first month’s rent
